Use these guides to set up Quick Sheets, configure products, build gang sheets, and manage designs and print files.
Suggested order
- Set up Quick Sheets Import and configure your Gang Sheet product, review your shop settings, connect Quick Sheets to your Shopify theme, then confirm the setup is ready.
- Configure a product Configure a Shopify product so customers can use it with Quick Sheets.
- Build a gang sheet Add artwork, arrange and review your sheets, then add the finished design to your Shopify cart.
- Arrange and edit artwork Prepare each sheet by placing artwork, making any needed image edits, and checking the finished layout before you continue.
- Use Auto Build and Auto Nest Use Auto Build when you know the artwork, print sizes, and quantities you need but do not want to place every copy yourself. Use Auto Nest when artwork is already on your sheets and you want to reclaim unused space.
- Find and reuse designs Use My Designs to find saved work, open a design created for you by the shop, or reuse eligible work from an earlier visit or order.
- Manage designs and print files Use Shopify's order page for routine fulfillment. Use Quick Sheets Designs for drafts, customer help, and design management across orders.
