Information We Process

We process limited information needed to provide the app, including:

• name
• email
• uploaded artwork, design files, previews, and generated print files
• builder files and artwork metadata used to create custom print products
• order identifiers and app-generated order activity related to Quick Sheets products
• merchant product, theme, and app configuration used by Quick Sheets

We do not require customer phone numbers or postal addresses for the current builder flow.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• associate uploads, designs, previews, and print-ready files with the correct customer or session
• support checkout, order, and fulfillment workflows for Quick Sheets products
• help merchants manage product setup and storefront integration
• respond to support, privacy, deletion, and redaction requests

We do not use customer data for advertising, resale, unrelated analytics, or customer profiling.

Order And Billing Information

We process order and billing-related information only as needed to operate Quick Sheets, support app billing, reconcile app-generated order activity, and handle refunds, credits, or disputes related to the app.

Merchant Store Access

Quick Sheets may read or update merchant-selected product and theme surfaces to provide the custom product workflow. This includes:

• product configuration and product metadata used by the builder and cart flow
• app embed and product-page app block setup checks
• app-owned theme integration files where required for supported theme flows

Quick Sheets does not modify unrelated theme files or merchant store content.

Retention And Deletion

We keep customer-linked and merchant-linked data only as long as needed to provide the app, support merchant operations, comply with legal or platform obligations, and process Shopify privacy requests. We support Shopify customer data request, customer redaction, and shop redaction processes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These safeguards include secure transport, access controls, and restricted access to systems that process app data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we regularly review our practices and take appropriate steps to protect the information we handle.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to host infrastructure, store files, process app data, and operate the service. These providers are used only as needed to deliver Quick Sheets.
